Processing your order
Orders received between Mondays to Friday before 2pm will be processed that day. For an item that is in stock, orders will be dispatched within 48 hours, unless your order is placed on a weekend or public holiday. If your item is not in stock and for all orders that are custom-made, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise of availability and estimated delivery date. If for any reason 3woodesigns is unable to fill your requested order you will be notified as soon as possible via email and we will make a payment reversal if payment has been processed.
We use Australia Post, and you will have the choice of selecting Parcel Post or Express Post Satchel options, which are individually coded and tracked. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive notification from 3woodsdesigns. This will give you a tracking number you can check on www.auspost.com.au . Parcels will be delivered Mondays to Friday between 9am – 5pm. If the weight of the package is over 5kg, we use Australia Post Parcel delivery, which charges by size and weight.
The postage cost for Parcel Post are as follows:
- up to 500g - $10.00
- 500g to 3kg - $15.00
- 3kg to 5kg - $20.00
- 5kg to 7kg - $50.00
- 7kg to 10kg - $75.00
The postage cost for Express Post are as follows:
- up to 500g - $15.00
- 500g to 3kg - $20.00
- 3kg to 5kg - $30.00
- Not available over 5kg.
The total weight of your order will be calculated at checkout, and the options for delivery (based on your postcode) will be displayed prior to completion of checkout.
Please note Express Post overnight delivery is not available because we are not situated within the delivery network for overnight. Australia Post takes one day for parcels to travel between the south west of WA to Perth. 3woodesigns takes no responsibility for the loss of goods once an item is scanned as received by Australia Post.
We use Australia Post Airmail for International Orders. Delivery is made within 3 to 10 working days; however we cannot assume responsibilities for delays. 3woodesigns will not be held responsible for any duties, tariffs or additional charges once the items have left Australia.
If you are placing an international order, we will contact you via email on placement of your order to advise of any extra costs due to international shipping.
